Oops, I feel a little guilty. I just realized that my guitar showed up, and I got so excited playing and enjoying it that I never got back to posting final photos. I'll take some tonight or this weekend, and get them up for all to enjoy.

Needless to say, the finished product was even better than expected. Pictures are never an adequate representation of what it's like to feel and play and experience a high end guitar in person.

I'm really happy with the decision to go 12-fret. The wood, binding, purfling, and inlay choices work great together, and really pop. When people walk into my office and see all the guitars hanging, (Martin, Ryan, Gibson, Fender, Applegate) this is the one that gets the most comments.

The sound port is smaller in person than it looks in pictures. It's mostly unnoticeable except for the little bit of extra clarity you hear as the player.

Other guitars may come and go, but after nearly 6 months of having it in hand, I'm pretty certain this one will be with me til the very end. The best compliment I can give Brian on this guitar is that after 6 months of ownership, I haven't even considered buying or commissioning another guitar. My Ryan and Martin are feeling very neglected, and even my other Applegates haven't been played regularly.

A few bad evening pics. The finish is so glossy, it's really hard to get decent pics. Forgive me...

Yes, that is indeed stunning to say the least. The is probably the straightest grained BRW I have seen on my time on the AGF except perhaps some that Bruce has shown from his stash.

The fretboard inlay is wonderful. Congrats.
