Default Conquering musical directions

I punched a tab into Guitar Pro over the last two days of one of Al Petteway's tunes. It had 2 sections that had alternative endings, a DC al coda, a DS al coda 2 and two codas. Got it to work on the first try!

I like using GuitarPro as a play along device. I can't stand the distorted sounds you get when slowing down youtube or Window's media player.

GuitarPro play along always reminds me of those cartoons they had when I was a kid that prompted you to sing along by following the bouncing ball

But hey, it works for me.

Back to the woodshed.

Sing Along With Mitch (Mitch Miller). I liked his show. He had some pretty fine vocal talent. Better than Lawrence Welk and his bubbles, IMO.

Thanks for the memories, Barry and Pitar!

My grandfather was a big band trombone player as young man, and he loved those 2 shows. Takes me back about 50 years or so

Agreed! Mitch had some fine vocal talent but he didn't have the "wannaful Lennon sisters"......or Myron Florn on the accordion!!! LOL!

As far as the musical roadmap, sometimes they can be very confusing. Do what all pros do... Mark your music. I know a couple guys that use red pen. I often use multi-colored highlighters as I often have difficulty, especially when music isn't played as written.
