First of all, this is a surprisingly good sounding guitar for a cheapie. No cracks, and no loose braces, and the neck is straight.

The bridge has been reattached to the bridge plate via screws and is stable (though it's lifted off the top and could certainly be reglued, it's not necessary in the immediate term), the neck has been reset, and a small piece of wood between the soundhole and neck joint was glued back in.
