FSOT: 1972 Gibson Blue Ridge

$750 shipped (PP gift or fees on your end) or $900 trade value This is a truly great sounding dreadnought with Sitka spruce top, Indian rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard. Read on for key details. GOOD STUFF: Neck is dead straight, guitar has all its original components, including finish, frets, tuning keys, et cetera, and man it sounds fantastic. Fingerstyle or strummed, it's well balanced and full sounding. BAD STUFF: The guitar has 4 repaired top cracks, all of which are glued and not cleated from the inside, and are fully stable. They're all pictured, so please take a look at the photos. I wouldn't have bothered listing the guitar at all if they were problematic or unstable in any way. The hardshell case is unoriginal and also in a little rough shape, but will make the trip safely and carries the guitar just fine. Very interested in adding other guitars to trade up. Check my postings, I have several listed. Thanks! Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk Last edited by lukepeacock; 04-19-2017 at 12:07 PM. |
