Martin 000-28 Clapton Signature Model / Waterloo --- SOLD
Retired this year and my wife and I agreed to a 5 guitar limit - Well I have 7 and another one soon on the way - It's either sell a few guitars or sell the wife - Tough decision as they are all beauties
Guitars are listed here ..... wife listed on the match site - If she sells first I reserve the right to end the sale of the guitars PS --- Long time member with hassle free history and seeking a painless deal __________________________________________________ __________ Waterloo has Sold --- Martin 000 28ec Clapton Signature Model Has Sold __________________________________________________ _______________

Waterloo questions
Neck Size?
Truss rod or T bar? |

Regarding the Waterloo I'm a finger style player so I went with the 1.75 nut - Simply easier for me to get my fingers between the strings
Being familiar with reinforced necks I opted for the sustain the T bar offers -The T bar "rings" and vibrates with the guitar ... a bit more musical - Martins didn't even offer truss rods on their guitars until well past 1980 and the early Collings Guitars had a T bar with a truss rod ... and that's why we love Collings - A truss road is something I may use once but the bar pays for itself everyday so having the T bar works for me Hope that helps

DB - This is the Clapton Signature model and it does have Clapton's Signature in 2 places (Note -- His SIGNATURE not just his name) - To see closer please enter your signature on a PayPal Order Form .... unless Padge gets his name on it first
Photos are below 1) Clapton's Signature is on the inside label along with CF Martin 2) Clapton's Signature is inlaid at the 12ft fret

Just to clarify, so no one misinterprets what the OP means by "signature". The signature on the 000-28EC is a printed signature, not an authentic hand-written signature. Only special limited edition "EC" models have Clapton's actual signature on the label, and the 000-28EC isn't one of them.
