Three widely spaced 120VAC, 15A outlets allow enough room for “wall warts”

This doesnt mention Ma. I didnt/dont know if what they provide is any different from a wall outlet?

Your A3 adapter will draw less than 0.05A from that 15A outlet, so you're a few orders of magnitude away from maxing it out.

Thanks so much Piped- found a used one for a good price and the size is perfect for my needs, was just concerned about that power sucking A3. Thanks again!

I use a 1 spot power supply and combine the A3 with other pedals all the time. One other neat little trick: set the "mic" input on the A3 so it is inserted after all the A3 effects. Run an output from your electric guitar pedal into the "mic" input of the A3. I do this quite often: you just need to be mindful of the gain on the mic input of the A3 and main output of your electric guitar fx pedal.

I just ordered one. I'm pretty stoked to use this thing for small gigs and open mic nights.

Anyone tried using nimh rechargeable batts with the A3? Do they last longer than alkalines?

I use A3 with USB rechargeable battery connected via USB jack. Works just fine.

I used this one (10,400mAh), http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1, but basically any USB charger/battery should work. It's capacity vs. size/weight dilemma.

On stage, it worked for an hour and still showed 'almost full charge' (all 4 LED indicators were ON).

I tried once to measure how long will it feed A3. In the passive mode (when nobody is playing) it worked for more than a day and then I turned it off myself.

BTW, there are multi-voltage rechargeable external batteries on the market, something like that: http://www.amazon.com/EZOPower-High-...=Power+Bank+9v

There are multiple options there with up to 52,000 mAh capacity ($219).

I am curious whether anybody tried any of them for powering multiple pedals and for how long did it work.

I use a Sanyo Pedal juice battery. There's also the Pedaltrain Volto battery. Both are made for pedals.

Ok. For those of you using this pedal live, what is your favorite way to connect it to PA? Via the XLR out or the unbalanced out. I Know the idea was to use the balanced out to PA, but if I want to use a looper after the A3, the signal will no longer be balanced. Thoughts?

Same question here. Sounds like either the looper's unbalanced output goes to PA, or an extra DI is needed.
