Default Does Martin make a...

I've had my eye on an all hog guitar and was wondering if Martin makes an 00-15sm with 1 3/4 nut, 12 fret slotted headstock and gloss finish? I see that LAguitars offers this custom in an 0 body size but I have not found any in an 00 size. I would also be interested in an 000-15sm if I could find it available with a gloss finish.

Default BTO Martin

I was able to put a 000-12 hog slothead together in the Martin Custom Build Your own, but you're not going to like the list price........

Um, isn't that the regular-production 000-15SM...?

Call Ted at LA guitars. He does all sorts of custom 15 series runs. I made a custom 15 series 14 fret 00 and I got many added features including full gloss for under $2K.

Default 00-15sm

Ted at LA Guitar used to include a short scale 00-15sm among his 15 series offerings. I loved the one I played at his shop. Still regret not buying it.
I strongly recommend calling Ted. He’s great to talk guitars with and you may be surprised at the price.
