Default Chord Identification Problem

Hi,

I am new to the forum and would be so grateful if someone could help.

I am trying to identify a chord being played in the Paul Weller acoustic song Above the Clouds. It can be viewed on the following You Tube clip at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgQ51...eature=related. The chord is visable at 1.02, after the vocal line 'I have to wonder' and again at 3.12. It follows the F#7 chord.

I think it maybe 'B' something but I can't disginguish the chord shape. Unfortunately there are no accurate tabs of this song to help identify it. I have the rest of the song down bar that one chord.

Any help would be so very much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Simon.

To me it sounds like a B11:

Many thanks that really is a great help, and you're spot on. From what you suggested it seems he is playing a version of the B11 which is:

Thanks for your help once again...
