Default Joe Bonamassa collection tour

Fun viewing. I love his dedication to guitars as well as his sense of humor:

I showed a clip of this video to my wife to prove that my Guitar/Amp/Pedal Acquisition Syndrome isn't that bad. Never mind that Joe B. can actually play guitar whilst mine just gently weeps.

He's been selling off a bunch of his collection through a local vintage shop. Last week they had a mint 1960 burst getting setup before going to the new owner and **** it was purty!!

I don't know that I would call it "selling off his collection". Joe is a horse trader extraordinaire and goes through a lot of gear. He had a "garage sale" last year in Burbank and most of it was gear he had bought, swapped, maybe used a little and then was moving on. Sometimes he guys multiple guitars in a bundle that has one he really wants.

Kind of like a few AGFers in this regard, I think.

I definitely get that he's as bad as any of us when it comes to hunting that next new guitar and only making space but DAYUM some of the pieces he's moving are simply sick

They had a 1959 Burst on the bench getting new strings before going to its new owner and it looked like it just came out of the box. 5 Gold Tops came in from Joe in one **** day and they all looked almost as good. If that's what he's passing along I can't imagine what his keepers are...

A buddy sent this to me a couple months ago - loved it - saw your post and had no intention of watching again....then I clicked and started and watched all the way through....he's the man....great - great look at one of the world's best players and his geekness for guitars and amps....
