Lovely, Glenn. I really enjoyed that. Tasteful dynamics with both your vocals and your guitar playing.

Best,
Jayne

Thank you Jon. I really appreciate your observations. It is the type of song where a person can really live inside the song and the images for just a few minutes.

Hi Jayne,

Thank you so much. I appreciate your noticing the dynamics. I'd like to say that I had it all planned out, but really the character of Lightfoot's song really established the feelings and dynamics that I just fell into. And partly, the 12-string is so powerful, that three quarters of the song seems to be controlling the volume of the guitar, and then on those bridges where a person can let loose just a little bit, the dynamics have suddenly bloomed.

I very much appreciate your listening and commenting.

- Glenn

Glenn I think you've single-handedly increased the traffic in this forum. I love what you're doing here lately. Retirement seems to have unleashed you.

Thank you Jeremy. I do remember Nailpicker telling me here in Show & Tell that he liked me much better now that I was not a moderator! Thanks so much for listening and commenting, Jeremy!
