I've got to add Christian Druery guitars. He makes fantastic guitars with more of a natural vibe. I really like his Kauri design and have a custom Kauri OM incoming. He uses recycled woods native to New Zealand, which both look and sound great. His base price for his 000 or OM is $1800 US, which is very reasonable.
