We just received an Insta Pot 9 days ago, so we have been making all sorts of dishes with it. Just put in roasting chicken, after putting on a dry rub and then making a hard apple cider broth for the veggies. 25 minutes cooking time then cool down. Yum! Will enjoy after I get done with my mtn bike ride this afternoon.

Ground beef with brown gravy open face style over buttermilk biscuits with a side of baked potato scooped out of the skin and also covered with the gravy. Chocolate ice cream for dessert.

Leftovers Wed or Thurs, same but over a plate of rice.

I eat like a little bird.

I'm still getting over bronchitis so it's just tomato soup tonight.
