Does it matter if pickups are tilted?

I just got a new Mitchell guitar from MF when it was on sale for 199 and it has hotrails in it. The bridge pickup is tipped forward a bit, but the neck pickup is level.

Is this a problem? Never seen pickups tilted/tipped forward, so I'm asking. I don't have as much experience with electrics.
