Default Ebay 914ce Ltd 2006

Look at this beauty! What did it cost new in 2006? $3277 is a lot. It's not often you find lefty 914 on ebay.

I know that being a LTD it may be a bit more expensive but I can buy a new 2010 914CE for just a a couple of C notes more from one dealer and probably less from another one many here have bought from.

I will say though that Taylor has not raised the prices that much in the past few years.

Default There's are several good reasons for that price...

Gentlemen,

After looking at those photos, I can see why the owner is asking that amount for the 914ce LTD.

Here are four good reasons:

1) Cocobolo back and sides

2) Maple bindings (they are generally only used on the 800 series, whereas the 900s receive ivoroid)

3) Engelmann Spruce top

4) Cindy Inlay

Throw in the fact that it is a rare left-handed LTD, and you have the recipe for what I think is a fair asking price. If only it were right-handed, I would be tempted...

Thanks to the OP for bringing my attention to this gorgeous rarity!

It would be a lot more than the normal MSRP of today's 914ce, to be sure! This has me thinking... I think I'm now on the market for a Right-handed 914ce 2006 LTD. What a beauty!
