Default New Used Guitar and Amp Day

I had a great day today. I got a mint crafted in Japan Telecaster Custom TC-72 in white( which I had never seen) and a Marshall JCM2000 DSL401, and the combined price was....well, under $350. These kinds of things don't often happen to me.

So, I'm guessing home invasion had to be part of getting that kind of deal - amp alone is $400 used. Well done. If you get a chance to post a pic of that guitar . . . .

Photobucket has screwed everybody. They want $399.00 for you to be able to post your photos on other websites.

Either you just got one heluva deal - or sit back, remain calm, and answer any and all questions politely and completely when the local constabulary comes over to admire your new acquisitions...

But when did this start? So far I think I can still use them as I always have.

I've not seen one of those before - fascinating. Here's a vid of what appears to be the same thing, without the cool cover over the bridge. I assume yours has a single coil under the cover - if so, how does that work? If yours doesn't, please confirm.

single coil under the cover. The cover just pops on and off. It's known as an ashtray. Just search fro fender cover ashtray and they come up. Sweetwater sells them for $20.

Congratulations on your new gear!
I regret not buying a rosewood telecaster when I worked on Okinawa.

As a charter member, you can post photos as attachments. No need for any other service. There are size limitations, but they are reasonable, and perfectly adequate.
