Default Replacement tuner for 1973 D-18S 12 fret slothead

Are Waverly tuners a drop in replacement for the original tuners on a 1973 Martin D-18S 12 fret slothead? Any info appreciated. Thanks.

They do have the correct post spacing (1-3/8")) and they work quite well.

They are not a direct fit with the small mounting screws and such. but the plates cover up well enough.

You will need grommets (I forget what size) for the outside holes at each tuner.
