Well folks it appears that no one really has a clue, although the picture does contain a hint.
I won't be able to monitor this thread for the next week or so. We're moving in a few hours to a site that is so remote there is no internet access. I'll provide the answer when I get back. Hmmmm, I believe I have stumped the forum. Weird that two guesses are Toledo and there's not a Mud Hen in sight.

Ladies and gentlemen we have the winners, Shoreline Music and CMD 612 are both correct, it's Bulabog Beach, also called Kite Beach in Boracay, the Philippines. (I'm just now back from a province that has no internet connectivity.)
It's been an eye opening experience to visit the Philippines. Every first worlder should!!!!!!!
