Source for bone nuts and saddles?

I'm sure this topic has probably been beaten to death, but I can't really find a whole lot of good hits using the search. Pre-made would be nice, but I don't know if there are any out there with the size I'm looking for (1 11/16, 1.4" spacing). Can anybody tell me the best place to buy some for ~$5-10 each that will sound good?

I'd recommend these if you need something pre-slotted, but they are more than your budget. I don't mind preshaped, but I hate preslotted nuts because you have to file from the bottom, not the top. ...But this unbleached bone from Stewmac is the material I use for most all the nuts I make.
