Default "Fargo" Season 3 Premiere

You know it will be a weird season when "Fargo" begins a story in East Germany of 1988.

They quickly cut to Minnesota and we get an introduction to this season's characters. Notably, Ewan McGregor playing dual roles as two rival brothers.

As "Fargo" episodes go, this one was packed. Introductions of the players but also two homicides that will be the foundation of the plot this year.

I keep thinking, 'they can't keep this up" and the series will begin to suck but it won't be this year. May be their best ever based on the initial episode.

You really should go back and watch the first two seasons. Chances are, something will happen in this season that refers back to one of the previous ones.

I should point out that I couldn't figure how David Thewlis would fit into the series but his appearance was great. He did a combination of quirky dork and dangerous person all at once.

Believe me when I tell you mere words do not spoil that little sequence.

It is funny that the movie and all three TV seasons has been set in the winter. Would think people from that region would be more likely to bust loose in Spring or Summer.

Not trying to be sarcastic, by why would you be in the Season Premiere thread if you haven't watched it yet?
