Newbei pc recording questions

Hey all, im wanting to practice recording and using a mic.

I have a guitar jack to usb with an inline converter (as the pc game Rocksmith)

So first question, im thinking of getting a cheapish usb mic, any suggestions?

Also are there any issues feeding two sources into the pc via usb for recording purposes?
I basically just want to record and play back to improve singing technique with a mic whilst playing.

You're doing exactly what I'm doing. I started with a USB mic (Samson gomic) and that worked but it was difficult to separate singing and playing. I then stumbled onto a used USB interface (focusrite scarlett 2i2) which will allow two real mics to be plugged in. That's the route I would suggest as I don't think you use two USB mics at once.

RedJoker is correct - you will not be able to use a USB mic and a USB adapter for your guitar at the same time.
There are several good USB audio interfaces available with 2 separate inputs in the $150 price range - look for a used one to save a little money, but be sure you can get the correct manufacturer drivers for your OS - many older interfaces do not have Win8 drivers, for example.
