Default Best vendor for custom case?

I'm looking for options for a harp guitar case. The guitar will be somewhat bigger than a Dyer. Does anyone have recommendations for vendors who could make a good case for it? Thanks in advance.

Thank you. Do you happen to have an email address for them? Their contact form doesn't work and the email address in their "contact us" is the URL to their site, not an email address

I'd contact Kathy Wingert for suggestions. I doubt Cedar Creek makes a case for a harp guitar.

Cedar Creek will make custom cases.
Give them a call at 800-749-3442. Ask for Stephanie and she will help you.

Haans, as far as I know, and looking at their site as well, Cedar Creek does not offer a shell capable of building out for a harp guitar. Lots of options for regular guitar shapes, but not a harp guitar. One builder used to use Deffenblaster cases for their harp guitars, before Deffenblaster closed. Several others bought keyboard cases and upholstered them themselves.

OK, figured it couldn't hurt to ask Stephanie...
They don't have a shell for H5 mandolas, but they are making a custom shaped H5 case for me and they have made cases for my 23" MJ6 & 12's.

But those should fit in a standard shell and padded out accordingly. The harp guitar is a different animal altogether.

Kathy is making the harp guitar and has sent me suggestions already. I'm just asking around to see if there's another vendor out there we don't know about. Thanks.

Default Colorado Cases

When I was asking around, I was steered towards "The Colorado Case Company."

I don't have any personal experience with them though.

Colorado Case Company is very approachable. I have not purchased any cases from them, but have bought several case covers.

Also nice that they were previously an AGF sponsor... maybe when you contact them you could say you heard of them here and they'd "re-up"!

cocaseco is Steve's AGF userid.

Best,

Phil
