I play a version of here comes the sun, and there are definitely some tricky rhythms interesting positions and fast shifts in it. One thing I haven't seen mentioned is to separate your right and left hands in the parts that are causing you problems and practice them separately. Strangely enough that can sometimes fix a problem that was intractable when practiced slowly with both hands together... Hope you have it fixed!
