Default Martin 00-18vs

I'm looking for a UMGF 00-18vs, would prefer one in amber tone but I'm open.

If you've got one you don't use much and you'd like to see it go to an appreciative member's home drop me an email ....

mbratrud (at) mchsi (dot) com

Thanks I have about a dozen transactions here - all went well and I'm sure the other party would say as much.

There's one on Reverb for $2,800 in the Ambertone.

I've got one in Ambertone. It's an incredible instrument. They pop here once in a while but the Ambertone ones are more rare.

Sorry, you can't have mine.

Thanks, I know about the one for $2,800 - I can also finds about a dozen of them that were listed for under $2,250 in the last couple years - several more that listed for under $2k ( like the near mint lefty in ambertone for sale right now on UMGF for $1,900 ) ..... but not a one for anything close to $2,800.

I am willing to be a bit more patient for fair market value - I might even come across that used Borges 00 I've been dreaming about in the mean time and lose interest in the Martin.

But thank you most sincerely for keeping an eye out for me!!

I have seen many from 1800-2000 , hell I sold mine locally for around 1600 last year. I'll bet you find one sooner than you think. I have seen at least 2 at guitarcenter used in the past month from $1800-$2k

The only place mine would go is the current thread about the guitar you won't part with. Good luck with your search.

It seems like the best deals come around when a person is not ready to take advantage of them. Patience is the key. I'm not sure I should buy another guitar but I stick a little cash away each week just in case "that" deal comes along. They always do eventually.

I agree that one on Reverb is on the high side. Patience is key. I picked mine up for much less. Way less than it's worth, in my opinion. If you haven't done so already you should post a WTB ad over on UMGF. Lot's of owners are over there!
