Default Getting No Sound from JJB 330

Hello, folks! I hope you're all having a great day.

I recently purchased an Eastman E6OM with a JJB 330 installed. I haven't experimented much with it, but I did plug it into my Fender Blues Deluxe amp. I expected to hear something, but I did not hear the guitar through the amp even with the volume waaaaay up on the amp. Is that to be expected with the JJB 330?

I'm going to plug into my sister's live acoustic setup later this week for more testing, but I'm a little concerned at the lack of sound from my setup at home.

Thanks!

It should be nice and loud. You need to check all the usual suspects...bad connection to the end pin plug, bad end pin plug, bad cable, etc. It is very unlikely that the piezo heads have shorted.

YEs what Jon said.
The JJB is a very loud passive pickup.
You have either bad wiring somewhere or a bad cable.
