Hope to put it together tonight. "Some assembly required."

Good luck. Though you could practice by balancing your wife's fine china on the tripod.

They key to self assembly furniture is adult beverages and a small Allen wrench bit for your cordless drill.

The desk is completed, and the setup begun. I like everything about it so far, with the possible exception of the right front corner of the main top having suffered a bit of compression damage in shipment. Not bad, but not perfect, either. I decided not to mention it, and enjoy it as it is. (I'm not much good at balancing fine china anyway.)

Great. I know what you mean. I've received items that were less than perfect. Sometimes I complain. But, usually, I fix it and march onward. Hope you get some great tracks recorded on it!

Will do, Kev, though it's going to take some time and not be all that impressive. I've done tons of live playing, but very little recording, other than with my little Zoom H4N. Don't even have monitors yet, or guitars hung on the wall. But I'm making progress, and that part's fun!
