Default Dovetail bits

I see that bits being sold for guitar neck joints are 7 and 10 degrees. Which is preferred and what is the range of angles that can be used? Is 14 degrees too much? Thanks for all that stop by.

I cut my dovetails on a table saw, with the blade set at 13 degrees. That is what I have measured on Martins.
The vee angle (top to back) is 11 degrees.
