Default Any Composite Acoustic Legacy owners out there?

I have a Hi gloss carbon burst Legacy w Fishman electronics coming in a few days.
They ship with Elixirs nanoweb lights ? I beleive. I have never played these strings. I have always used Daddario or Martin uncoated strings. Have any of you changed out the strings and if so did anyone switch to mediums? I kinda like med/light sets myself.
Also, all my guitars have been set up with a K&K pure mini pickup. What differences can I expect with the Fishman undersaddle.?

Just took delivery on a wine red burst Xi. I'm infatuated. Acoustic x electric. Not sure which it is. Great for soft acoustic. Awesome plugged in loud.

Default I have one...

I like an 80/20 bronze string on mine instead of PB. Martin used to make a medium light set the M145, which has been discontinued but still available from the above merchant and also on Amazon. You might give them a try.
They are a true medium-light set 12.5-55

I have never used a K&K pickup so can't compare to a Fishman. I usually don't plug in.

I tend to stick to coated, or anodized string with CF guitars to keep with the weather proof theme, so for the Legacy I would go with Martin Lifespans. Course YMMV.

BTW, I definitely want hear what you think of the guitar once you get it. The CA Legacy is one of my favorite dreadnoughts, CF or wood.

Thanks Ted, I hope to take delivery in 2 dsys, and will definitely report back.
BTW, while searching the web for pictures of this guitar , I was pleased to see a shot of one of my favorites , Paul Thorn, proudly displaying his Legacy at one of his gigs. Nice !

I've had a CA Legacy since 2004. I've settled on Nanoweb lights as recommended by the factory at the time. I also have the Fishman pickup. I'm not sure which model electronics you're getting, but the Premium Blend on mine (UST + mic) is very controllable on stage. It's very convenient to have that built-in tuner.

Looking forward to your thoughts on the Legacy. And yea, Paul is fantastic, didn't know he played a CA, but not surprised.
