Default Nichols Guitars?

Anyone here ever hear of a Jos. Nichols guitars? I just picked one up, it has a zero fret, floating bridge and is relatively lightly constructed. It came in with a broken/lifted X-brace which I fixed and added a Bridge Doctor. Plays well with 80/20 Bronze Phosphor light ga. strings. I haven't been able to find anything on Google about them.

Never heard of them. So, a photo would be nice to see what you picked up.
