This may shock a lot of folks but all of my guitars both acoustic and electric have been out on hangers and stands for the last 30 years. I don't have humidity controlled rooms other than the fact that my house has central heat and air. I live in the central Appalachians so the humidity is pretty high year around. Never had any damage to my guitars from being out of their cases. I know that's a cardinal sin on here but I like them out where I can grab them and play them.

WE stay at around 40-60% here in Idaho so no worries...
I know the Washburn WD/G7 series gets a lot of raves... but I haven't tried one..
I did try the WF19 and I didn't like it.. pretty basic tone..
I had a WP11SNS Parlor that was real good overall.. but kind of hard to play probably needed a setup..

You don't have a whole house humidifier?
Mine keeps the house about 35%.

I bought a new/customer return Yamaha F335 for $85 from MF a couple of years ago. Very nice all lam guitar that I don't have to worry about. I've had Rogues and they are OK but the Yamaha plays and better and was higher quality.

I do have a house humidifier but here in Michigan during winter it does not manage to keep the humidity higher than 28-30%.

I would still urge you to take some precautions with your new guitar. If you don't want to put your new guitar in a case or a bag maybe you could just get an inexpensive soundhole humidifer and just leave it in the guitar while it is on the stand. (Btw, use distilled water for the device.)

I speak from experience. I noted you didn't buy the Alvarez. My Alvarez AD710 with a solid top a couple years ago developed a surface crack after I left it in its stand here in the Northeast in my heated apartment. One day I heard a sound like a string breaking and when I went to look at the guitar I found a crack from the saddle to the end of the body.

Or you could try humidifying your guitar room, maybe by just adding one of those cheap night humidifiers you can buy to relieve the symptoms of a cold. That's what I do, although I have to add water constantly but it does make a difference.

I see that Kayser makes a rounded sound hole humidifier that covers the whole sound hole. May be this could be a nice option for keeping the guitar humidified while still leaving it on the stand ?

If solid top is an option, yamaha FG series.
If all laminate, yamaha F335.
