Default David VS Goliath UPS fight: Paldacci Won

So, I wanted to announce the BIG NEWS I received during the Thanksgiving day: I WON my UPS Case.

UPS will pay the full insurance-amount, plus my lawyer fees.

Who said that It won't happen? Me, probably, but this is what happen when you fight for your Art, your Selfrespect as Craftsman, and your Hardwork.

David VS Goliath Fight: The Little builder won. Done.

I think it Clear the path for future frustrated luthiers dealing with UPS
historically, there were no precedent. Advice? TAKE the Custom Care option!

Cheers Mates!

Excellent news Ben. Don't temp fate again though...sign up with one of the major instrument insurers. UPS isn't always so agreeable.

If lawyers were involved I don't think this is an example of UPS being particularly agreeable.

Congrats!

But it's still a shame all that work went to waste

What is your plan for the broken guitars?

Well, that’s something to be thankful about. It still doesn’t right the wrong, but it provides a sense of relief. Good news Ben.

GREAT!! Happy for you!!

Could you go into a bit more detail as to what this means: "Advice? TAKE the Custom Care option!". Is that an option with UPS or??

Thanks!!
