Default Gibson USA - Martin Guitar merger suggested in AP wire story

According to an AP wire story published HERE, Martin CEO has accepted what is being referred to as a "merger" rather than a "takeover" as suggested by some industry insiders.

When I saw lawsuit spelled law suite, I noticed it was April Fools Day.
