Thanks for the kind words.

I actually do not own this guitar anymore. I found d it to be too bass heavy for my liking. I now have the taylor 522 12 fret which is more to my liking.

Being that your Taylor 522 is without the new Expression System 2, did you also come to find something you didn't like about the new ES 2? What pickup/preamp are you considering installing in your Taylor 522?

I bought the 522 without a pickup - I am thinking about adding a lyric to it - BUt im not sure I really need the pickup at all in this guitar. If anything - I would probably put a pickup in my Guild D55.
