I was wondering if that was the "My Guitar" guitar (from "Open All Nite")...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-W3iqacvq7o That was my introduction to Kevin's guitars. His parents went to my church and I'd heard about the gift to Steve Wiggins and the Big Tent song. I still remember the day I walked into Dave Phillips Music & Sound in Phillipsburg, NJ and saw two "Gallagher" guitars hanging on consignment, a maple MJ at somewhere between $850-900 and a florentine cutaway cedar/rosewood GC at around $1150. Marvelous guitars, but it was at a time when I could never see spending that much money on a guitar.  I've got an Omega OM with the rose inlay. IIRC correctly Kevin told me he did that on his first guitar back when he was still building for Martin - an employee custom building contest or something. I believe that's the one guitar of his that he managed to hold onto.
