Our little town, Rebecca, is about 25 minutes from Boardman, Ohio. I know from shopping in that area. How far is Boardman from your family?

Practically right next door to Youngstown is Boardman. Some of my cousins live there too.

Quite a good idea, don't you think? Rebecca, let me know when you are coming this way. Perhaps other AGFers will meet us at Church.

Really good idea, yes Mr. Ed! However, it is not just a hop, skip, and a jump from SoCal, and I rarely make it back there.

Soon it doesn't have to be, Rebecca. Just let me know when you make plans to head this way.

Very close to Boardman I am Ed...about an hour drive. I have many clients in Canfield and love the golf courses in the area. I have found that many people who work in Pittsburgh live in the Canfield / Boardman / Niles / Poland areas. You can real get a great bang for your real estate buck....especially now!

W ondering why we don't all run out to buy nice houses when housing is as such a premium?

Yet, I just don't want a bunch of houses and I can't feel comfortable moving shop equipment.

Y, I almost forgot to post the Y!

Zilch is what you get when you sell the one you have these days, is the problem. Although if I sold my house here and moved back to Boardman, I could probably buy a mansion for the same amount of money! (Not that I want one - too much housecleaning.)

Actually Rebecca, you could probably purchase a small community in this area.

But owning small communities is much work. You can become your own mayor and complain about yourself.

Community? Um, no thanks! I'd much rather have a remote little place somewhere where there are not a lot of people.

Don't think I'd dare tell things that happen in this community.

I like small areas. The only thing I would change is to have a gas station or a restaurant closer in location.
