Default Fender Fuse!

Anyone here have any knowledge of the Fuse software? How do I get more headroom when in the clean channel? I lowered the Mid from dimed to about 7.5. Will that keep it cleaner at a higher volume?

yeas, I know a bit about this. I've had a few mustangs for some time now.

But first a question for you what amp are you using?

A mustang of some fashion I'd assume?

Just run your amp at center position all dials, keep the gain low and regulate the volume with the master. Just play the thing with a clean amp setting.

It's a digital amp. It won't distort as the master volume (or patch volume) is turned up. If your tone isn't clean enough, you just need to turn down the gain. If the patch ends up being quieter than your overdriven ones, you should be turning down the volume on your overdriven ones to match the clean ones, not the other way around.

On my X2 clean I lowered the mid with the fuse software from 10 to about 5.5 and that made a world of difference. Cleaner at all volumes and on the modeling channel I tailored each amp to a sound I like. It's a great little amp in both the clean and digital channels. Still is tube powered on both sides so it has a unique sound all it's own and sustain for days. Fuse is definitely a great addition to this amp and it's free from Fender.
