Hi Bald Melon,

What's the string spacing at the saddle on these? I've searched but have been unable to find it.

Thanks!

Hi,
The saddle spacing is 2 5/16". The body size is the same as a Gibson L-00, 14 3/4" wide at the lower bout with an overall body length of 19 3/8". Roughly between the Martin 00 & 000 sizes.
Thanks, Gary

Default playability?

Hi Gary!

How is the setup on this?

I ask, because 4 years ago, I bought a RK 000 ROJ-27-SN (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002IC1DJ0/) that I have never been able to set up properly. I believe the neck angle/join is not quite right.

I'm looking for a smaller-bodied guitar for my youngest son, who has just taken up playing. I love the aesthetic of 13-fretters, and I have learned that a laminate bodied guitar can sound terrific ... but I am concerned with the playability? Your thoughts?

Hey Ian! How are you? The neck angle and set up are perfect on this guy! Full height saddle and low action. It is really a great guitar. Plays easily and cleanly just like it says in my ad. Sounds great too. If it's not as described send it back w/in 72 hours for a full refund of the purchase price.
Thanks, Gary
