Anyone have an opinion on value of this Wechter 12 string?

I recently traded a 70' Strat (frankenstrat with non-original neck tuners and bridge) for this Wechter 12 string. I was told that it was made in the 90's in Paw Paw at the Wechter plant which is no longer there. The label inside indentifies it as #917, I've done some research on Abraham Wechter and know his story but the only comparable sale I can find is an older "Sold" ad on Elderly that does not show a price.

Any idea what this guitar is worth?

It plays nicely acoustically, although not booming and rich. It sure sounds nice plugged in!

I had a 6 string. They don't bring as much as they ought to. I would estimate you would see $950 to $1200 depending on condition.

Posted it in classified for $1050.00 or best offer. Not much interest yet
