Default mixer to USB

Hi

I need advice on how to convert a analog output signal from a Behringer 802 mixer, using two mics to a digital USB, to record my practice sessions on my computer.

If possible I would like to have decent fidelity at the digital level, 24 bit A/D with a fairly high sampling rate.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I have a Behringer Xenyx mixer that came with a device into which you plug your mixer via RCA jacks and it outputs to a USB plug. It is called, I think, a U-200 or something like that. Works great.

In other words, an audio-USB interface. You need something to handle the latency - the lag time between playing and getting processed into the computer.

I use the UCA202 Behringer USB audio control.
Bought it on EBay for $30.
Also has digital audio output connection for PC to stereo.
