Default DVD lessons ????

Anyone familiar with Marty Schwartz ??
I saw some lessons he posted on Utube.
I was thinking of ordering his Blues DVDs and wondered if anyone has used them.
I like his easy teaching style.

He has a lot of good lessons. I have some of his DVDs. Not a structured method though.

I've seen a few of them because a buddy has them. I thought they were OK, but nothing more. For the blues, I found Mary Flower's DVDs much better. They are specifically aimed at certain styles and I think she's a much better teacher than Marty.

Marty Swartz is a fun guy to watch and learn a bit from, but for a structured and sensible DVD course in learning to play the Blues, Griff Hamlin's "Blues Guitar Unleashed" is my favorite. Www.bluesguitarunleashed is his website catalogue. If you want to learn to play the Blues, Griff's your man.

Best,
PJ
