wrote and recorded this song in 07'
I paid my music dues by harvesting wild rice (september) with my twin brother for many years in northern manitoba. Every fall I would return home to BC along hywh. 16 in north central Canada. Passing thru Alberta, I would alway's stop in at the Edson Park motel. Things could get pretty crazy if the oil rig workers were in town. After recording the CD I stopped in the following year and gave the motel owner a complimentary copy of my CD and thanked them for the many enjoyable night's rest over the years.
