Default 1942-48 National Lap Steel with 1959 Fender tweed Princeton

this is my newly acquired 1942-48 National Lap Steel with my 1959 Fender Tweed Princeton. Great combo!

Talk about a great vintage pic, Congrats! I just love the look of that Princeton. The only way you can get something to look that relic is to buy an original.

Gotta love that. I play a 1935 NIOMA lap steel through a Tweed Deluxe of similar vintage. At last week's gig the sound man asked," Do you like David Lindley?"

The tweed Deluxe and nioma just sound like a Rickenbacker through a Dumble.
