Default Chord Progression for 'What It's Like' by Everlast

There is a song called 'What It's Like' by Everlast - the album is Whitey Ford Sings the Blues: http://youtu.be/vCZ1YteCv5M

I have been trying to figure out the intro chord progression, but cannot quite get it right. Eventually I would like figure out how to play the whole song, and then perform it in public. Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.
