Perhaps I don't personally think so much about audience, at least in the traditional sense of a live venue. I got a bit frustrated years back with the advent of cell phones and multiple TVs with multiple sports events, all raging while simultaneously tryin' to do an acoustic set. I still am fortunate however to generate income by creating cues, so I'm pretty motivated in that regard, and in turn, that indeed would be my target audience. I think that's an easier target than trying to do a live gig during "March Madness" Yes, I set a high bar for myself; I always have, but why not?
