Is a 4" deep body technically called a "deep body"? I thought this was the traditional measurement.

Yes, thanks for your question and the opportunity to clarify. I didn't intend to say that this guitar has a custom body depth. I was trying to say that, compared to the 00, the 1929 0 has a deeper body to provide better bass projection. Despite its small size, the added volume of a deeper body allows it to push more air.

This guitar's body depth is 3.5" at the neck and 4.25" at the endpin.
