Default PRICE REDUCED 2016 Jordan McConnell 16 inch small jumbo.

Well it doesn’t get any better than this. This is a 2016 Jordan McConnell 16 inch small jumbo. The guitar is amazing and easily beat and exceeded all of my expectations. You open up the case and you can’t help being excited. So many custom appointment's! Craftsmanship is as good as it gets. Sounds amazing in standard tuning and heavenly in alternate tunings. The guitar features a Moon spruce top (Jordan did darken the top a bit to fit with the appointments)and Brazilian back and sides. Just a stunner!! The guitar is all french polished and has both a top and bottom bevel. Lots of volume and sustain. Extremely will balanced and versatile. You can play any style on this baby. The guitar is in excellent condition. It has some see in the light scratches and marks below the soundhole where a pickguard would be and near the bridge. Otherwise its very clean. Comes with a Karura case also in near mint condition.

I am looking to get $18000 plus shipping and any fees. A new one would cost you about $22k with several years wait. Jordan makes a limited number of guitars per year and good luck finding a used one.

This guitar was purchased through Dream guitars and they still have a video on YouTube of this guitar.

Hello jazzbobh

How would you compare the mcconnell with your other guitars tone wise particularly with your traugott and Preston Thompson?

Thanks for that! It would be great to hear how the tone differs or is similar to the traugotts and somogyi and walker and olson etc tbat you own. You certainly have one of the great collections where al petteway played only a few of the choice guitars from.it on The Collectors Passion cd!

Default 2016 McConnell

I had all three guitars out today(the traugott, McConnell and Thompson)
its funny how different they are. but that's a good thing

I just went back and listened to the video's on youtube for each guitar.
I think they represent the sound of the guitars very well
especially the McConnell.

No dog in this bunch

What an amazing guitar to buy. I love my McConnell and Jordan is such a gifted builder.

Some quick input that certainly supports buying this remarkable guitar.

My Walker and my McConnell are different creatures, no question, both really outstanding. The McConnell has more overtones for certain. Its a penetrating tone, strong and musical. It's a remarkable guitar from a playability perspective. you can play it hard, and it also handles dynamics really well. Its the loudest guitar I own - with a powerful base. It projects like it's trying to prove something. Mine loves lower tunings and handles them really well, including low C. It is such a fun guitar to play. Maintains it's projection cappoed well up the guitar.

all the best on the sale.
