Lowden Experts?
After playing my beautiful 1993 Lowden S35 with Tasmanian Blackwood b/s and Cedar top for a couple of months, I have looked around the internet a lot but have not come across another model like mine so far...
Any Lowden experts have one in this wood combination? Seen one? photos to come...not working... (Photobucket is down at the moment, if you want to see the Lowden in question, the photo is in my reply in the first pages of this recent thread): http://www.acousticguitarforum.com/f...d.php?t=466711 BluesKing777. Looks great, but that is a new model F size. Not cheap, is it? I was interested if any old 90s S35 like mine were in circulation. So far mine is the only one.... BluesKing777. |

Aaaaahh! Lowden don't do 'cheap'! But they do 'very good, very good indeed!'.

Ha ha! Brand new BM, brand new S50 and F50! Lotto? So far it appears my S35 Tasmanian Blackwood is the only one! It doesn't look like they make the S models with Tasmanian Blackwood currently. Well, it is all mine. BluesKing777. |

It seems my last post is not fully correct. Tasmanian Blackwood is available on any body shape in the 3x or 50 series. Here is an F35C...
