Jack's pizza in Indianapolis made the best pizza I ever had, and I've been around some. Used to like sausage/mushroom, extra cheese....but I would like to try bacon/onion from our local fav, C's pizza, here in Dayton.

I like cheese pizza. A pizza that has Italian sausage and/or pepperoni on it is, to me, "loaded".

And there should never be anything green on a pizza.

Ever.

How about oregano and fresh basil - IMO it wouldn't be real pizza without both...

Love me some Bacon and Onion pizza!

Also be sure to try a "white pie" (no suace) with bacon and spinach... mmmmmm

Of course, this is talking about thin crust New Haven style pizza (yes, I siad it.. New Havent CT.. NOT New York... New York pizza is inferior to New Haven CT Pizza!!) . Deep dish and thick crust is NOT pizza... sorry, but it is not! :P

A local place in Cleveland Bar Cento has a pizza with eggs and very thin sliced ham, cheese and black pepper called the Sunny side. Great late at night or heated back up for breakfast!

I liked it when the guy was putting it in the box and all . He kept leaning over it and taking deep breaths while smiling .
When he handed it to the girl to give to me he kinda nodded .

Default Bacon-onion pizza

I don't mind Bacon on pizza it's just not a preference. I have a friend that really likes it. My favorite toppings are pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and onion.

Cool

Bacon goes with most anything, including more bacon...

As for pizza, I have tried many different topping combinations (used to be a pizza cook, and change was good, in that scenario).

My favorites are (in no particular order):

Canadian bacon and tomato (or pineapple)
Ham and mushroom, with black olives
Pepperoni and mushroom
Sausage, mushroom, and black olives

Have to watch the pepperoni, though (and sausage). I get heartburn, if the pizza is too greasy.

And, yes, thin crust is best, but, I will eat pan pizza, if the crust is good.

As a pizza cook, if someone ordered anchovies, I would dump an entire can of them on the pizza, no matter the size. I figured, if someone has such an appalling lack of taste, it wouldn't matter. Plus, I didn't want an opened can of that, in my fridge, corrupting everything else!
