Baggs Lyric Re-install

I'm going to put in a previously installed Baggs Lyric in one of my guitars. Any suggestions on what to use in place of the original adhesive (pads), that are no longer usable after pulling the p/u out?

If you contact Baggs, they'll send you replacements.

Thanks, I'll contact them. Anyone else find an aftermarket pad that works?

I used the double sided tape that is used to hang pictures or mailboxes. I bought it at the dollar store, that could work wile LR Baggs send you a replacement.

Yeah, I would honestly contact them. Both Baggs and Fishman have sent me replacement adhesive, battery bags, clips etc within a week of contacting them. I am sure you could easily find the adhesive they use at any hardware store. You could probably even ask them and they would tell you what they use.

I think once, in a pinch, I used some simple double-sided foam tape cut to size. But I called emailed Baggs and they sent me a handful of pre-cut pieces for both the Lyric and the controller. I want to say they came in less than a week. It was pretty impressive.

I just received two sets of mic and volume adhesives, and wire clips for free. LR Baggs rocks!!
