Default Time For A South Florida Jam

I believe we are overdue for a gathering. I'll host here in Boca Raton, let's check schedules for the next couple weeks. All are welcome.
Cheers.

Jimmy,

I'll be in town from the 18th to the 26th, but can't make any guarantees - busy schedule planned.... but if I'm there when you schedule this, I'll do what I can to stop by.

Hey Jerry, don't know if we can pull this together this quick, but are you available sat or Sun? Maybe we can get some folks together.

Had to cut the trip short, Jim - back in Philly already.

Hope I can make this happen sometime - but keep me posted - I do travel to South Florida once in a while.

Until a date is set, I have no idea whether I can come. Without going into details, schedules at work are sort of out the window right now, so I can't promise anything.

Also, I hardly play anymore. Other things require my time more and I have no idea whether I'll get back to guitar any time soon.

Anything happening with this or has it died on the vine?

hiya Dennis, yeah, not much response, Beach Bob is good for August. I've been busy. Was thinking the other day how much we miss Tom Bondo's enthusiasm. still can't believe we've lost Rick, Tom and Keith...Maybe Facebook is a better venue for organizing this. see you soon, I hope.

Yeah Jim... I think of Rick, Tom and Keith all the time. I think most of us are on Facebook, but if someone new came along, they wouldn't see anything about the jam and we'd never have anyone new join us.

I'm considering a teaching position at the synagogue, a Sunday School position that would mean I couldn't leave my area until nearly 1 PM after kids were picked up. If I accept the position, I'd really only be good for Saturday get togethers. I'm not sure I'm going to do it, but if I do, it will be in the next couple weeks.

Hello, my Florida guitar friends - just a suggestion. Start a group on meetup.com

I'm a member here in Philly of 4 meetup groups and can't even find the time to go to all of the jam sessions.

On another note - I truly do hope to spend time with you again - I have nothing but great memories of our get togethers!

Beach Bob and I had a mini jam yesterday. Actually, he played one of my guitars for about 5 minutes before the pizza came. We had lunch together and then he had the bad judgment to go back to work.
