Sungha Jung put up his own version of this just a couple of days after I did mine! Anyone care to make a comparison or a critic?? I'd really love to know which one you think is better and what I could improve... Here's his version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3CdjIrKcq8

Very enjoyable Manel!!! Great interpretation, dynamics, and tempo Amigo.
I also listened to Sungah's version and could say the same. Both of you claim the tune in your own way!!!
To compare is like trying to decide between a Lotus or a Ferrari...or maybe a blonde or brunette...

Thanks to both!! I'm kind of upset that he has 400k views and I have nearly 600 lool, but it still feels great to receive positive words from everyone!

Manel, I think you have really good chops in this. I listened to the Sungha Jung version, too, and I think yours has more energy in the intro. However, his has more energy after the intro, so in comparison, your rendition loses something after the intro. I think if you can maintain the tempo and energetic sound of the intro in the verse, your rendition will be stronger. Of course, that's just my opinion and I couldn't play any of it as well as you did, so keep that in mind when considering my opinion! I did enjoy listening to your rendition...nice work!

Ahah thanks Bob! What I was attempting to do was make my version a little more dynamic than the original song itself, but I totally see your point that his version is more energetic. It's kinda hard to put the song at such a high energy level and then maintain it throughout, like Sungha does, but I'll keep your advice in mind for the next one!

Hi Manel, I've been learning this piece this week and wanted to say that, although I have learned Sungha's version (tabs easily found!), yours has made me rethink a few sections that I can improve on. Thanks man.

Your welcome mate. My feelings are that I agree that you lost a little of the energy after the intro that Sungha managed to retain but I think that you articulate the melody line better where Sunghas gets lost in the chords sometimes. Also your use of ghost notes adds somethign real to it.
